Medical review on ED Premium Choice is a recorded review of the final page by a qualified clinician, not a decorative trust label. A page receives a reviewer name and review date only when the reviewer’s identity can be verified and the exact published copy has completed the review process.

Clinical boundaries
The page must distinguish general information from patient-specific diagnosis, prescribing and dosing decisions.

Claim support
Indications, prescription status, interactions, contraindications and safety language are checked against directly relevant evidence.

Product identity
An ingredient label cannot be presented as proof of a specific brand, strength, formulation, seller or market status.

Actionable warnings
The page should make clear when general information is insufficient and a clinician, pharmacist or urgent service is needed.
The badge follows the review
Fail closed
If reviewer identity, evidence or final-copy approval is missing, the medical review label remains absent. A draft does not become reviewed because its template contains a name.
A review record should identify the page, reviewer, review date and version of the content. Editing a reviewed medical claim can require a new review. Typographic corrections that do not alter meaning may be logged separately, but the public update date and medical review date must remain distinct.
Corrections after publication
A new label, safety communication, broken source or factual challenge can reopen a page. Material corrections are evaluated against the most directly relevant source available. If a claim cannot be supported, it is narrowed, qualified or removed rather than protected by a general disclaimer.
